The Big Flea was held on Saturday, October 10th. From 6:15am - 12:30pm, we experienced darkness, humidity, rain, wind, and the occasional dry spell. Notwithstanding the uncooperative weather and Columbus Day weekend, we had a successful morning and raised $800! A huge thanks to everyone who helped out with planning, donating, setting up, lugging tables, organizing our charitable pick-up, selling/negotiating, baking, advertising, craigslisting, cleaning up, and shopping! These community facing events require a lot of manpower so we really do appreciate all of your support.
Items that did not sell were donated to National Children's Center.
